How to use:
- Clean before first use.
- Ideal for all cooktops.
- Our cookware /kettle heats very quickly.
- To prevent sticking when using omelette or sauté pan, add a small amount of spray oil, margarine, or butter to a cold pan. Heat on low to medium temperature for 1-2 minutes before adding food. Using oil bottle requires a greater amount. Make sure to reduce heat if fats/oils smoke.
- Cooking with high heat causes food to stick which will produce a food film residue on the enamel surface.
How to clean:
- Dishwasher safe
- After being used, allow hot pot /pan to cool naturally before running cold water.
- Use lemon juice to remove any interior discoloration as result of repeated usage.
- Only use soap and water with sponge or soft cloth to clean your pot/pan.
- Do not use steel wool scouring pads, oven cleaners or strong abrasive cleaners on any surface of your cookware.
- Wipe interior and exterior dry, do not put pan /pot upside down.
Tips
- Choose the right & proper size of pot/pan to suit the heat source for saving energy.
- Do not put empty pot/pan/kettle on flame.
- Using high heat may cause food sticking on the pot.
- Heat the pot slowly, starting with a medium to low heat, once the pot is hot reduce to low heat during the cooking period.
